Shipping:

Shipping is included in the prices. I ship USPS ground. Packages go out 5-7 business days from receipt of payment – insurance and tracking number included. We sell to the Contiguous States: USA Only.

Local Pickup:
We offer local pickup at our studio at arranged times for 15% off at checkout. Local pickup is safe and contactless. Enter the coupon code at checkout: CURBSIDE.

Returns and Exchanges:

I hope you will be delighted with any purchase, but if not, you may return it unused, shipped within 10 days for a full refund.

You pay all return shipping costs.

PACKING FOR RETURN: Please reuse the original packing materials and make sure the piece is well wrapped and cushioned. I cannot refund or give credit for chipped, cracked and broken pieces or damage that occurred during return shipment if your shipper does not accept responsibility for the claim.

BREAKAGE: If you receive a piece that has been broken during shipment, please notify me within 24 hours with a photo of the condition of the pot. It is essential to save pieces and original packing materials for inspection and collection by our shipper.
